Bollywood couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are celebrating their first wedding anniversary. And Deepveer’s super cute pictures from Tirumala Venkateswara Temple in Tirupati surfaced online today. Both Deepika and Ranveer were dressed in traditional wear.
While Deepika looked beyond beautiful in a traditional benarasi saree, Ranveer complemented her in a matching kurta churidaar Nehru jacket set from the collection of ace designer Sabyasachi. But it’s Deepika’s choice of outfit that demands your attention. The actress, who never fails to turn heads with her sense of fashion, wore a saree that was gifted to her on her wedding day.
In one of her pictures from their Konkani wedding ceremony, one can see that Deepika is holding a thaal which has the same saree and four small bowls kept on it.
As for Deepika’s look today, the actress decided to go all traditional. She chose a classic benarasi saree in red with intricate gold detailing on it. To complete her look, Deepika picked out a pair of jhumkas, a choker and rani haar, for gold jewellery -. She finished off her look with sindoor and made for a sight to behold.
