Alia and Ranbir’s long-awaited wedding has successfully taken place. The couple has now tied the knot. They solemnised their connection at Ranbir’s Pali Hill primary residence, Vastu.
Neetu Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Soni Razdan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Shaheen Bhatt, Mahesh Bhatt, Pooja Bhatt, Karan Johar, Navya Naveli Nanda and Akash Ambani and many others are present at the wedding venue.
Couple made their first public appearance as Mr and Mrs Kapoor for the press and fans in the evening of the same day.
The couple can be seen in off-white wedding attire where Alia ditched the lehenga and chose to wear saree along with beautiful ethenic jewellery and veil on her head.
On the other hand, Ranbir ace his look with the graceful sherwani where turban on his head donned his entire look.
Ranbir can also be seen holding his sherwani dupatta in his hand and the couple very elegantly thanked their fans and media hand in hand.

Alia Bhatt shared a series of picture and pen down a note with it that reads:
“Today, surrounded by our family and friends, at home… in our favourite spot – the balcony we’ve spent the last 5 years of our relationship – we got married. With so much already behind us, we can’t wait to build more memories together…memories that are full of love, laughter, comfortable silences, movie nights, silly fights, wine delights and Chinese bites.”
She continues saying “Thank you for all the love and light during this very momentous time in our lives. It has made this moment all the more special. Love, Ranbir and Alia.”

Karan Johar posted photos from Alia-wedding Ranbir’s and together with them, he wrote,
“It’s days like this that we live for…where there is the most beautiful blend of family, love and absolute emotion…..overwhelmed and so full of love in my heart…..”
Continuing to this Karan further stated “my darling @aliaabhatt. This is such a beautiful life step and my love and blessings go with you everywhere…. Ranbir ! I love you….now and forever! You are now my son in law… badhai ho and here’s to decades of ख़ुशियाँ.”
