PKG Lifestyle: When did you start your business and what was the early investment ?
Answer:In 2017 with an investment of 2 lakh rupees
PKG Lifestyle: We all have entrepreneurs who we look up to in our industry. These business leaders help influence, shape, and drive our ambition to succeed. These entrepreneurs could be someone that we have worked with on a project or could be someone that we look up too from a distance. For example, Bill Gates is a big inspiration to me not only because of his work in Microsoft but his outstanding contributions to society.
Who would you consider to be a significant influence on you professionally and can you explain
why?
Answer: Sir Ratan Tata ,I remember his quote,Idont take right decisions ,I take decisions and make them right.I believe he is the best in maintaining employee relations,for him emplyees are Assets not liabilities . He did not fired his employees during pandemics also he is known for doing social works for society.
Best thing I believe in him is that he cater all the segments of our society from low class to high class which helps him to target a large amount of customer base as compare to his competitors .

Answer: we are the manufactures of all kinds of readymade garments .

Answer: We are aiming to provide a good and smooth customer expirience through superior quality and organised logistics.
PKG Lifestyle: How is your business unique against your competitors?
Answer: We are using eco-friendly prints ,we are aiming to provide shorter inventory turn around time , trend forecasting to prepare for every season a step ahead.
PKG Lifestyle: How did the idea for your business come to fruition?
Answer: I gave my two years in understanding the operational procedures in manufacturing after that I combined my MBA skills with digital marketing which is need of time and moved towards achieving my goals.

Answer: One should gain deep knowledge of operations carried out at different level to make product.
- Wisely choose the segment of market you want to cater and it should be very concise and specific this help to build your marketing strategy.
- Keep check of cash flow, your resources should not get exhausted.
