Exclusive interview with S Lagnesh Kumar “Lucky” – The youngest entrepreneur and Content Creator from Andaman



Great to meet you. Thank you for doing the interview. We want to know more about your journey, early struggles, success, and some wisdom that we can pass on to others who are interested in walking in your footsteps toward becoming an entrepreneur. We know that being an entrepreneur is not all glory and fame, but there are hard times too. We believe that others who are interested in being business owners can gain insight from other business founders like yourself. Again, we want to thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule. Let’s get this interview started!

Let us start off with some basic questions to learn more about who you are as a person.

PKG Lifestyle: Can you tell everyone your name, please?

Answer: My Name is S Lagnesh Kumar, and commonly known as Lucky.

PKG Lifestyle: Where did you go to school?

Answer: I went to many schools, I changed many schools because my parents are govt teachers and due to transfer I started admitting to different schools. I started my school at INDRA NURSERY SCHOOL BAMBOO FLAT & 12 was completed by RABINDRA BANGLA VIDYALAYA PORT BLAIR.

PKG Lifestyle: When did you start your business and what was the early investment?

Answer: I started when I was 19yrs old. My parents gifted me a DSLR camera & slowly I started learning & When I was taking good shots then in November 2019 I had taken my first paid shoot and from then I started taking paid shoots and by that, I started learning and earning too.

PKG Lifestyle: We all have entrepreneurs who we look up to in our industry. These business leaders help influence, shape, and drive our ambition to succeed. These entrepreneurs could be someone that we have worked with on a project or could be someone that we look up to from a distance. For example, Bill Gates is a big inspiration to me not only because of his work in Microsoft but his outstanding contributions to society.

Who would you consider to be a significant influence on you professionally and can you explain why?

Answer: Yeah My influence came from One of the famous Travel cinematic Youtuber Ankit Bhatiya, when he visited Andamans with Radhika Norms I saw him shooting and experiencing Exploring Andamans through his lens…I watch his all Videos and started learning how he shoots & slowly I get to know more about this from other YouTuber and experts.

PKG Lifestyle: What is the name of your company?


PKG Lifestyle: Where is your company located?


PKG Lifestyle: What services or products does your organization provide?

Answer: We take All types of shoots like weddings to Birthdays to Shortfilms to dance or songs too much more and planning for web series in future.

PKG Lifestyle: What problem is your business trying to solve?

Answer: Soon I want to create a film city in port Blair because it’s a paradise on earth and the best place for films & destination weddings.

PKG Lifestyle: How is your business unique against your competitors?

Answer: It’s a little different because I want to take this to another level which will be the same as you get on the mainland, trying to make Andaman a good destination for all.

PKG Lifestyle: How did the idea for your business come to fruition?

Answer: The idea came from seeing outer shooting expert and their albums that Andamans did not have such arrangements for best memories for the shoot, so I started this production.

Answer: I would like to tell them that nothing comes easily, work hard till u meet the goal, and stay focused.
