Ranbir Kapoor & Alia Bhatt starring Brahmastra has finally wrapped up shooting in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
The team of Ayan Mukerji directorial officially confirmed the same on Tuesday (29th March) as they shared the trio’s temple visit and boat ride with several sages through few pics.
Alia shared a wrap-up social media post with the caption, “We started shooting in 2018. And now …. finally …The filming of Brahmastra (Part I) comes to an end!!! I’ve been wanting to say this for such a long time…. ITS A WRAP!!!!!!”
Last week, Ranbir and Alia were spotted in Varanasi, taking a boat ride on the Ganga’s ghats.
The makers earlier uncovered the very first look of Ranbir while releasing the movie’s teaser. Alia’s first look was later released on March 15, on her birthday.
Brahmastra has been in the works for a long time. It was supposed to come out in August 2019, however owing to the pandemic, it was pushed back to ‘Summer 2020,’ then December 2021.
