Actress Kareena Kapoor who took a break from showbiz to enjoy her second pregnancy is all set to make a comeback. Reportedly Bebo will kick-start shooting for Karan Johar’s magnum opus, Takht this October. Earlier, there were report s saying that Takht might have been postponed or even shelved but luckily that’s not the case.
Kareena completed the shoot of Laal Singh Chaddha with Aamir Khan amidst her second pregnancy. Before the second wave of COVID-19, the actor headed to Punjab to wrap up her remaining portion.
Kareena and her husband Saif Ali Khan welcomed another baby boy in February 2021. And post her second delivery, Kareena is now gearing up to get back to work. The Actor has even started working out to shed her pregnancy weight.
Meanwhile, Takht is one of the biggest and highly-anticipated films which stars one of the biggest cast including Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Janhvi Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, Alia Bhatt and Anil Kapoor in pivotal roles. The periodic film directed by Karan Johar is set in the Mughal era. The grand film is based on the relationship between Mughal emperor Aurangzeb and his elder brother Dara Shikoh. In the film, Ranveer will be seen playing the role of Dara while Vicky will be essaying the role of Aurangzeb
