IMDb has published a list of the top 10 Indian movies and TV shows so far in 2022. On Wednesday, 13 July, they posted the list to their social media accounts. IMDb compiles its list using IMDbPro data on Indian users’ page views.

RRR, or Rise Roar Revolt, was billed as a pan-Indian film that tells the fictional pre-independence story of two historical Indian revolutionaries from the 1920s. Ram Charan plays Alluri Sitarama Raju, and NT Rama Rao Jr. plays Komaram Bheem.

Vikram is the spiritual successor to the 1986 same-named film. It centres on a Black Ops police team’s quest to identify a group of masked assassins. In the movie, Haasan portrays Arun Kumar, a RAW agent.

When dealing with criminals, he can be brutal and ruthless. In the film, Vijay Sethupathi plays the antagonist.

The Kashmir Files is an account of the pain, suffering, struggle, and trauma experienced by Kashmiri pandits throughout the 1990 Kashmir insurgency centred around on the first-generation video interviews with those who suffered and died in the massacre.

“Rocket Boys,” a SonyLIV documentary that followed the lives and initiatives of Indian nuclear scientists Homi Bhabha & Vikram Sarabhai between 1940 and 1960.
