Bigg Boss 13 fame Shehnaaz Gill who gained immense popularity from her appearance on the reality show sported a chubby look inside the house. However the actress has lost oodles of weight since then. Recently Shehnaaz opened up about her diet plan, future projects and importance of self-love during a live session on YouTube where she revealed the reason behind her weight loss.

During the session, a fan told Shehnaaz that she looked better on Bigg Boss 13. Replying to that, she said, “Thank you so much. She was me and this is also me. I considered myself pretty then and I still do. So, that’s what it is. If you think I should go back to that look, I can do that anytime. It is not a difficult thing. I just have to eat more. That look is also my favourite.”

The actress blamed the entertainment industry for her insecurity saying that they hired only slim girls saying “But baat ye hai ki kaam nahi milta industry mein. Yahan pe patli ladkiyan chalti hain (But the thing is that you won’t get any work in the industry. Thin girls are in demand here).”

Shehnaaz also revealed her diet and how it helped her to lose weight. Sharing that she doesn’t like working out at the gym she said, “My team keeps telling me to stop taking sugar and salt. But all that is bakwas. It’s important to keep a check on the quantity. You soon get into a habit of eating less and that’s the key to shed the extra weight.”
