Bollywood stars Rajkummar Rao and Patralekha have finally announced their wedding on social media. It was definitely a day many fans had been waiting for. The duo shared breathtaking photos of their intimate wedding on their respective social media handle.
Sharing dreamy pictures from the ceremony Rajkummar wrote, “Finally after 11 years of love, romance, friendship and fun, I got married to my everything today, my soulmate, my best friend, my family. Today there is no greater happiness for me than being called your husband @patralekhaa Here’s to forever … and beyond.”
Patralekha too shared photos on her Instagram handle and wrote “I got married to my everything today; my boyfriend, my partner in crime, my family, my soulmate…My best friend for the last 11 years! There is no greater feeling than to be your wife! Here’s to our forever…@rajkummar_rao.”
Rajkummar sported a cream sherwani, while Patralekha opted for a red bridal saree. Bride’s veil had oaths of love written in Bengali, her native language. In the photo, the love birds can be seen holding hands and smiling at each other lovingly.
Rajkummar and Patralekha dated each other for 11 years and were living in together for the past few years. The couple has even worked opposite each other in Hansal Mehta’s ‘Citylights’.
They had an intimate wedding in Chandigarh with select friends and family in attendance. Actors Huma Qureshi, Saqib Saleem, Aditi Rao Hydari were reportedly present at the function too.
