Subject: Legal Terms & Code of Conduct for All Artists and Clients Associated with Pkg Lifestyle Events & News
To Whom It May Concern,
This is an official legal notification from Pkg Lifestyle Events & News applicable to all artists (Indian and International) and all clients who associate, work, or plan to work with our company in any capacity.
Pkg Lifestyle Events & News maintains the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and legal compliance. To ensure smooth and respectful business practices, the following terms must be strictly followed:
- Prohibition of Direct Deals Between Clients and Artists:
If Pkg Lifestyle Events assigns an artist to a client or introduces a client to an artist, neither party is permitted to engage in direct dealings with each other without written permission from our company.
Any attempt to bypass our company will be considered a breach of professional conduct.
Such actions will lead to blacklisting of the client or artist, and may result in legal consequences.
- Blacklist Policy:
Any client attempting to bypass or directly engage artists provided by our company will be blacklisted across our platforms and partner networks.
Any artist working behind our back with our clients or providing false information will be removed from our database and face legal and immigration consequences, if applicable.

- No Forced Work – Valid Visa Required:
Artists work with us voluntarily, under professional terms. We do not force anyone to accept assignments.
International artists must hold valid work visas and provide correct legal documentation.
We expect complete honesty and clarity from both artists and clients at all times.
- Artist Safety & Client Responsibility:
All clients are fully responsible for maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for artists during any event, show, or stay (including hotels, venues, rehearsals, etc.).
If any artist faces misbehavior, harassment, threats, or unsafe conditions:
It will be treated as a serious legal violation.
The client and their company will be held accountable.
Legal action may be initiated without notice, and the matter will be taken to court as per Indian law.
- Pkg Lifestyle’s Right to Legal Action:
If at any time in the future, it comes to our notice that:
A client or artist has misbehaved, cheated, or broken any terms,
Or if our company’s reputation is harmed in any way,
Pkg Lifestyle Events & News reserves the right to issue legal notices and take the matter to court without any further discussion or communication.
This notice applies to all current and future artists, clients, and collaborators working with Pkg Lifestyle Events & News.
We encourage honest, respectful, and transparent work culture. But any violation will be treated with zero tolerance.
