The Ayodhya Dham Junction Railway Station, revamped and ready for service, will be inaugurated by PM Modi during his visit. This three-storey station, redeveloped at a cost of ₹240 crore, stands as a green-certified building equipped with modern amenities, including lifts, escalators, waiting halls, cloakrooms, and food plazas. Reflecting Ayodhya’s cultural significance, the station’s design draws inspiration from Lord Ram’s life and the Ram Temple.

A notable highlight of the Prime Minister’s visit is the flagging off of two Amrit Bharat trains and six Vande Bharat trains. The Amrit Bharat trains, a new category of superfast passenger trains, boast the innovative ‘push-pull’ technology, ensuring enhanced speed and passenger comfort. These trains are also equipped with improved amenities, featuring better seats, spacious luggage racks, LED lights, CCTV cameras, and a public information system.

The Vande Bharat trains, known for their efficiency and speed, will contribute to the nation’s rail connectivity with six additional services set to be launched by PM Modi. These trains are recognized for their advanced features and are expected to play a crucial role in facilitating seamless travel across various routes.

This significant event comes weeks before the consecration ceremony at the Ram temple, adding to the anticipation surrounding Ayodhya’s transformation and infrastructural progress. PM Modi’s visit not only underscores the importance of Ayodhya in the cultural and religious landscape but also highlights the government’s commitment to enhancing connectivity and development in the region.

As the nation eagerly awaits the inauguration of these projects, the unveiling of the Ayodhya Dham Junction Railway Station and the flagging off of the Amrit Bharat and Vande Bharat trains mark key milestones in the ongoing development initiatives spearheaded by the government.
