Rahul Mahajan, who was a close friend of late actor Sidharth Shukla visited his house on September 2. Mahajan paid his condolences to the family on the tragic demise of the actor due to cardiac arrest. Talking about his equation with Shukla he said, “I had not met him for nearly a year but nothing changed because both of us are spiritual and that we often discussed and spoke about spirituality. In fact, I was to call him and wanted to spend some quality time with him which unfortunately did not happen.”
Rahul further said that it is human nature for people to suspect foul play but the case isn’t so. He also added that Sidharth’s dad too had passed away due to cardiac arrest. He said, “Sidharth was a different kind of person, he would not even like us mourning for him and I met his mother today who is also such a strong woman. She had tears in her eyes but she was strong and told me ‘Death is obvious and but said itna jaldi nahi hona chahiye tha (He shouldn’t have gone this soon)” She is a mother and how can any mother see her son go away in her lifetime.”
Talking about Shukla’s rumoured girlfriend Shehnaaz Gill, Rahul Mahajan revealed she was at Sidharth’s residence recording her statement with the police. He added she had gone completely pale with the tragic demise of Sidharth. “She had gone completely pale as if a storm had just passed by and washed away everything,” Rahul said, about Shehnaaz.
