The video, recorded at a Kotak Mahindra Bank ATM in Andheri’s Chakala, unveiled a deceptive technique employed by scammers to hinder cash dispensing.

In the shared video, a strip of painted plastic was strategically attached to the cash dispensing section of the ATM, rendering the machine fully operational while preventing the release of money. The AAP leader, in the video caption, explained the intricacies of the scam, raising awareness about the fraudulent method.
