This alarming situation triggered an immediate response from the city’s police force, leading to the deployment of bomb squads to thoroughly inspect the affected institutions.
The ominous threats came to light when school staff checked their emails and encountered the disturbing messages, prompting heightened security measures. Bengaluru Police Commissioner B Dayananda confirmed the swift action taken by the police, with bomb detection units conducting extensive checks across the school premises.
“Police teams, in collaboration with bomb detection and disposal units, have been mobilized to the respective locations,” stated Commissioner Dayananda, highlighting the urgency in addressing these threats to ensure the safety of students and staff. The authorities are actively working to identify the suspects behind these incidents, utilizing CCTV footage to aid in their investigations.
