In a shocking and unfortunate turn of events, popular TV actor Sidharth Shukla is no more. The actor reportedly suffered a heart-attack this morning which proved to be fatal for him. According to hospital officials the 40-year-old was brought dead to Cooper hospital.
The winner of Bigg Boss 13 is survived by his mother and two sisters. The actor’s last screen project was Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Broken But Beautiful 3’ in which he essayed the role of Agastya. Even though the cause of the death is yet to be ascertained no injuries were sustained on the body of actor.
BMC’s health department team has also reached Cooper Hospital and is speaking to Cooper Hospital Dean. A team of police is present at Shukla’s residence for investigation said Mumbai Police. The late actor’s family has informed the Mumbai Police that there was no foul play or him being under ‘mental pressure’. They don’t want any rumours to float around.
His team has requested everyone to “give his family and loved one’s space and let them grieve.” The statement read, “We are all in pain! We are as shocked as you are! And all of us knew Sidharth was a private person, so please respect his privacy, his family’s privacy. And please pray for His Soul To Rest in Peace.”
Known for his roles in daily soaps such as “Balika Vadhu” and “Dil Se Dil Tak”, Sidharth is also popular for doing reality shows such as “Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 6”, “Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi” and “Bigg Boss 13”.
