Renowned Indian actor Rajinikanth has been bestowed with the prestigious Golden Visa by the Department of Culture and Tourism in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Expressing his heartfelt gratitude, the superstar took to social media to extend his thanks to the Abu Dhabi government and MA Yusuff Ali, the chairman and managing director of Lulu Group, for their instrumental role in facilitating the visa.
In a now-viral video message, Rajinikanth conveyed, “I am deeply honoured to receive the prestigious UAE Golden visa from the Abu Dhabi government. My heartfelt thanks to the Abu Dhabi government, and also to my good friend Mr Yusuff Ali, CMD of Lulu Group, for facilitating this visa and for all the support.”
Rajinikanth’s recent visit to the UAE included a meeting with MA Yusuff Ali and other top executives of the Lulu Group, during which they were seen sharing a ride in a Rolls Royce. This encounter has sparked speculation among fans about a potential collaboration between the superstar and the Lulu Group owner.
Amidst this significant recognition, Rajinikanth continues to make strides in his illustrious career. He recently wrapped up the shooting of his upcoming film “Vettaiyan,” helmed by TJ Gnanavel and produced under the Lyca Productions banner. The star-studded cast of the film includes luminaries such as Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Manju Warrier, and Dushara.
