Taking care of your mental health is very important during lockdown, says Vandana Gautam.

Vandana Gautam who is an actress, advocate, director and model by profession also owns Gautam Production house for film making and Gautam Law associates.

Vandana has done many projects in modelling for national and international brands. She also appeared on the cover page of a fashion magazine in France. After doing modelling for “Odhini brand” she was awarded the awesome personality award.

She has also done “India’s Kid’s glam hunt show” with actor Ranveer Singh. The show was telecasted on epic TV channel.

Her production house did a Hindi movie “Gau Mata”. The film was written, directed and produced by Vandana Gautam in association with Mr. G.D Gautam who is co-partner of Gautam Production House.

Her production house has taken copyright of three upcoming Bollywood movies including “Raat ki Rani” and “Taskari”. Vandana has also signed Hindi Bollywood movie titled “Bithout Ticket” with actress Richa Chaddha and actor Divyandhu Sharma. Apart from this Gautam Production House has also released many music albums.

Vandana won Roshan Sitare bollywood awards and was also felicitated by Epic TV channel.

With so many projects in her kitty, when country went into lockdown Vandana was very upset as she had to stop all her work however she says that there is no point in thinking about the loss for too long and that she too like every other responsible citizen of country is following the lockdown properly.

Vandana is spending her quarantine with her family and is doing yoga and meditation to keep herself healthy and calm. She says that one should try to remain positive during this time because too much of negativity disturbs our mental health. Vandana is also very active on her social media accounts where she spreads positivity through her motivational speakings. She believes that ‘this time will also pass away’ . Vandana is also an active social worker, she supports and funds ‘Zero NGO’.
