Adding to the transportation woes, a total of 18 trains en route to the national capital from various regions across the country are experiencing delays, further compounding the impact of the fog-related disruptions on travel schedules.
The city woke up to a scenario characterized by moderate fog, where the minimum visibility plummeted to 200 meters during the early morning hours. The inclement weather has prompted the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) to issue a yellow alert, signaling caution amid the persisting foggy conditions.
