Kajol was notably absent from the event, but Shah Rukh Khan and Rani Mukerji made a stylish statement, with Shah Rukh opting for a simple black jacket and jeans and Rani stunning in a white and black saree. Karan Johar, besides expressing gratitude to the film’s lead cast, spoke about the film’s significance in kickstarting his career.
