The Zee Cine Awards 2020 took place in Mumbai on March 13. The ceremony was held without the general public amid coronavirus outbreak. It was a star-studded night as several tinsel town celebs attended the awards show.
Ranveer Singh won the ‘Best Actor (Male) in a Leading Role’ award for his performance in ‘Gully Boy’ while Kartik Aaryan took home the winner’s trophy for ‘Best Actor in a Comic Role’ for ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’.
Ayushmann Khurrana, recently seen in ‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan’, was awarded ‘Best Entertainer of the Year’ at Zee Cine Awards 2020. Taapsee Pannu won the ‘Best Actor- Female’ award for her performance in ‘Badla’.
Several videos from the award ceremony were shared on the fan pages of Bollywood stars. Hrithik danced on the song “Ghungroo” from his 2019 film War. Sara Ali Khan was seen grooving with Govinda on his hit song “Main toh raste se jaa raha tha”.
Rajkummar Rao, Aparshakti Khurana and Kartik Aaryan hosted the award ceremony. Ranveer Singh also gave an energetic performance for his fans.
The Award show will air on Zee TV and Zee Cinema on March 28 at 7:30pm.
